Hendershott attributions on Louisiana Gold tokens

Robert L. Hendershott (1898-2005) was the author of the 1994 reference The 1904 St. Louis World's Fair: The Louisiana Purchase Exposition Mementos and Memorabilia. Hendershott attended the fair as a small child, but the standard numismatic reference for that exposition was written late in life.
